Office Change Management
Bayer aimed to transition to an agile office model while ensuring that all employees felt confident, supported, and comfortable throughout the change.
Dzone led the change management process by identifying what to retain, remove, and introduce—based on a deep understanding of employee needs and expectations. Work styles and departmental activities were thoroughly analysedand shared with the design team to inform and guide the spatial strategy.
A series of workshops and on-site engagement events encouraged active participation, fostering strong employee involvement and a sense of ownership throughout the transition process.
