Office Change Management
Before redesigning IFC’s offices at Levent Kanyon Plaza, Diem launched a change management process to align the design with employee needs. Through surveys, interviews, and workshops, they gathered key insights that shaped the workplace strategy. Employees prioritized quiet zones, techenabled meeting rooms, ergonomic furniture, better air quality, and more natural light and greenery. The final design promotes well-being and team performance, with social and collaborative areas carefully planned to balance energy and focus—ensuring a smooth shift to a flexible, future-ready workspace.
